I think this hackathon would help me with improve my skills, networking abilities so that I can conduct more sessions on women upliftment with your support more effectively.teering n interactive platforms for past few years. Volunteering is passion n fun for me. I was exploring my area, field of interest all the years. Finally, I decided to focus on “Women Upliftment” where I can apply my skill, knowledge n experience.

We are sprouting "entrepreneurs" Cum "social volunteers" running a part time business currently with 3.5 k followers on Instagram. Our busy is to develop n train more "women" entrepreneurs like us, so the can be self independent managing small businesses without depending on their family. We are ready to share our innovation, time n creativity for this with our fellow beings so can start earning small pocket monies through this, take independent decisions as well as play important role in society n families upbringing.
CONCERN
I'm not a feminist just a human being having compassion.From the time I was born though I was born n raised in an "upper middle" class "joint" family with 25 members, I have seen my mom n aunties suffering,whining about being homemakers though they play important role in family & the "patriarchal" society the are marginalized; not able to "independent financially n mentally"; not able to take independent "decisions" though they play vital role at home 24 hours.Their effort, time n pain are unrecognized though exploited mostly by family n society ( in most cases ) . So I & my business partner would like to bring these weaker section of society into limelight by uplifting them. Through out my life I have tried for this & I can happily say I was successful ; I want to spread the same happiness to society n our economy .
