His dream is to see a society of mentally fit.
Basically, we have physical health and mental health. Mental and physical health are fundamentally linked but most of us are concerned only about physical health. Each person is facing different mental health problems like depression, anxiety, panic attack, insomnia, bipolar disorder, etc. WHO estimates that about 7.5% of Indians suffer from mental disorders and by the end of the year it will increase to 20%. Based on statistics of the world mental health organization only 12% of persons receive the correct treatment for mental illness, this situation is leading to a pandemic condition of human wellbeing. People don’t seek help for mental health issues because they feel shame in mentally unfit and society's attitude to them is a challenging problem.
This project solves this issue by developing a personal interface platform that provides personalized mental health care through daily routine activities, proper meditation, and for the needy, the therapist will provide essential guidelines in a confidential manner. In this manner, people’s attitudes toward proper mental health treatment can be changed. As it’s a platform, the person can get feedback on his activities from the database and review this condition in own.
And by providing mental health awareness for students and employees so that they feel safe both physically and emotionally.
Untreated mental illness leads to severe physical and emotional problems. Mental health concerns lead to personal discomfort and social fear in society. The person will face unhappiness, unable to study, can’t focus on work and other activities, this transforms him to a critical way.
A personalized platform for mental health care mainly focused on the students and employees
