Environmental and Climate Injustice
WHO & HOW
Every living being is affected directly and Indirectly because of change in climate which is caused due to Global Warming.C ountries that are least responsible for causing climate change are the ones suffering most from its effects, especially regarding food insecurity and nutrient deficiencies. Climate change impacts can exacerbate inequitable social conditions.
No Single Individual is to be held Responsible.
We all collectively are responsible for creating the climate change through our unregulated behaviour and lifestyle.
Different groups are responsible for creating this Injustice in different ways. Like, Industrial Wastes, rampant usage of Personal Vehicles, burning of Solid Waste and so on.
The behaviour exhibited is due to lack of awareness of consequences.
Humanity’s increased use of fossil fuels.
Increasingly intensive agriculture (include fertilizer, livestock production etc)
Lack of Awareness
TO OVERCOME ENVIRONMENTAL AND CLIMATE INJUSTICE WE WILL ADRESS ONE OF THE ROOT CAUSE – “PLASTIC POLLUTION” BY SPREADING AWARENESS ABOUT OTHER ALTERNATIVES AND ENCOURAGING EVERYONE TO USE ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY PRODUCTS.
TO TURN FIVE VILLAGES INTO PLASTIC FREE VILLAGE.
Consult all the stake holders.
Create Plastic Collection Centers.
Give collected Plastic to Recycling Units.
Expand the same project to more Villages.
